Returns Policy
Please feel free to ask us as many questions as needed before making purchases in order to help ensure that you will be happy with your purchase and you are buying the right products for your family. If you are unhappy with any purchase, you may return your unused, unwashed item with tags attached for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order as confirmed by Canada Post tracking. All return shipping costs for refunds or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are not satisfied with your order and would like a refund or to exchange an item, please contact us prior to shipping your package. We reserve the right to refuse any package that has not had prior approval by Modern Eco Family for return or exchange.
Please send all return or exchange requests to customerservice@modernecofamily.com. We will then contact you with further instructions to process your return or exchange.
Used, washed or unpackaged products will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
Product Defects
All defective products are handled by the manufacturer. If you require assistance in dealing with a product defect, please contact us and we will help you. Return shipping to the manufacturer is the responsibility of the customer.
